Joydeep Sinha, a professional chef, started his culinary journey as a cook in 2004, climbing up the ladder to become the Head of the Department. His professional journey spanning 19 years has allowed him to oversee various commercial kitchens with different setups, giving him the opportunity to use numerous ingredients and methods to prepare an eclectic mix of dishes.
He has completed a three-year diploma in Hotel Management from the Oriental School of Hotel Management, Kerala. Mr Joydeep has also completed a diploma at the Cruise Galley Operation in Hyderabad. He has completed his training and assessment on Food Hygiene from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, London. He is now ready to share his knowledge and experience to help people set up their dream kitchen, and inspire those who want to become professional chefs.
