A S Rao (Aynampudi Subbarao) is the Founder and President of the Indian Innovators Association. He compiles the Innovation yearbook series. He retired from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India as Adviser/Scientist `G’. He supports organizations like CII, MIT Solve, BIRAC, ICAR in innovation assessment/evaluation. Indian Innovators Association manages the annual International Innovation Fair in India and facilitates the participation of Indian innovators in International Innovation Fairs outside India.
