Udayakumar Gopalakrishnan is sought after Executive - Leadership Coach, OD Consultant, Facilitator and Key Note Speaker, based in Chennai, India. His works have spanned across India, USA, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
Uday is a graduate from Loyola College and PG in HR, from XLRI and invested 11 years in senior HR roles at Murugappa and Rane groups. CORE MIND [his life calling] was launched in 1993. He has passionately partnered around 600 corporate clients and transformed more than 30,000 corporate professionals.
He has attended more than 25 workshops, focused on Leadership, OD, Mentoring and Coaching, with Tavistock Institute of HR [UK], NTL Institute, Franklin Covey, Center for Creative Leadership, Perrone Ambrose Associates, Giant Impact and University of Michigan, at USA. He completed OD Certification track with NTL and co-facilitated workshops at USA, after becoming their institution member, in 2005.
Conferred with reputed credentials like Master Certified Coach [MCC], by International Coach Federation [ICF, USA], Master Practitioner [EMCC, Belgium], Certified Professional Coach [International Coach Academy Australia], Accredited Debriefer and Coach [Harrison Assessments International] and EQ Fellow and Assessor by Six Seconds [USA].
Two other seminal books that he authored: ‘What It Takes To Be A Leader With Passion’ and ‘Stay on the Road to Mastery’ have received rave reviews.
