Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe primary goal of this book is to simplify human life by addressing unnecessary complexities stemming from rituals, work, and misinformation. The main focus is to promote a calm and composed mind as a means to smooth one's life. Simplifying life involves identifying and eliminating unnecessary elements that contribute to stress and confusion, and fostering a more mindful and serene mindset. By encouraging readers to reassess their actions, beliefs, and sources of information, the book aims to guide them towards a more straightforward and harmonious way of living. To experience a sense of tranquility in life, it is essential for our minds to be devoid of internal conflicts. When we are able to navigate through our thoughts and emotions without encountering inner discord, we create the conditions for a more peaceful and harmonious existence.
Punit Sarkaar
I have been passionately devoted to the teaching profession since July 2012. Initially, I spent two years teaching at the prestigious engineering college MGIET Badhoo, which happens to be my alma mater where I completed my B. Tech in 2012. Following this, I transitioned to Gsss Karsog in 2014, and I have been actively contributing to the growth and development of the students since then. Additionally, in June 2018, I successfully obtained a master of business administration (MBA) degree from HPU (ICDEOL), equipping myself with further knowledge and expertise to excel in my career.
Having taught for over a decade, I've come to the realization that the existing books are inadequate. This inspired me to write a book that will bring you closer to yourself and foster self-awareness. Understanding ourselves better is the key to gaining deeper insights into the world around us.
My name is Punit Sarkaar, born on December 10, 1990, in the beautiful village Nanj, (Karsog) nestled in the serene landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.
