SOW SWEET FRUITS BUT NOT BITTER FRUITS

Author Name: SUNIL SACHWANI | Format: Paperback | Genre : Literature & Fiction | Other Details
Is God fair or is God unfair and unjust? There is no question of any injustice in God’s dissension. I say again and again: God is too loving to punish, too wise to make a mistake. His dispensation of justice is simple and straight forward. He has no policeman to catch wrong doers; no courts to conduct endless trials; no judges to pronounce harsh sentences on those who are found guilty. God’s dispensation is simple. Each one of us has been given a field of life. We are free to sow whatever we want in this field of life, which is our karma-kshetra. Only one condition binds us; we must reap what we sown. We must eat the fruits of our own harvest. We are sowing seeds every day, every hour, every moment, in the field of life. Every thought I think, every feeling, every word I utter, every deed I perform, every emotion, every wish that awakens within me. These are all seeds that I am sowing in the field of my life. In course of time, these seeds will germinate and bear fruit. Bitter or Sweet they may be- but I shall have to eat those fruits. No one else can eat them for me. Where then is the question of God being unfair or unjust to me? The trouble is that man in his ignorance, commits errors, and misdeeds. His wrong acts add up to his Karma. His karma binds to its consequences. What we must seek, therefore, is liberation from the bonds of Karma.
