Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalPart coming-of-age story, part autobiography, and part social commentary, Dark is a novel of contrast. Of colours and shades. Of infatuation and disappointment. Of love and hate.
It is a nostalgic look back that is anything but comforting. “We are all like the bright moon,” writes Kahlil Gibran, “we still have our darker side.”
Harish Kamath
Harish Kamath was born in Calcutta but raised in Mumbai. He holds an MBA in Computers and Information Sciences from Temple University, Philadelphia, and has spent more than a decade in the US working for companies like Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson), EDS, and HP.
Despite what might seem like strong Information Technology credentials, creative writing has been his hobby from a young age, and Literature and History have remained his twin passions.
The idea for Dark crystallised in his mind after more than a year of incubation but once fingers met keyboard, the words flowed with clarity and confidence. Harish Kamath has two children and lives in Bangalore.
