Sanjay Kapoor has vast experience of over 30 years in diverse fields. He has been associated with international giants of repute like Larsen & Toubro India, ITW, Borneo Technical Thailand, Adatco (Castolin Eutectic) Egypt/Switzerland, 3M Egypt, Al Saharawi Group Dubai and Praxair Tafa, USA.
Having been a globetrotter and an able leader, he has always earned the goodwill of people as well as the company wherever he has worked. His experience in overseas markets has seen him at the highest levels of corporate business development. He has the vision to foresee contingencies and the methods to overcome them, which places him way above the rest and helps him galvanize people, who are at home in his company, to reach their respective targets/goals.
In his last corporate role, as the GM and Head, Corporate Communications & Non-Fare Business of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited for his most prestigious yet challenging project, the Hyderabad Metro Rail, he set new benchmarks for the industry, both in corporate communications and non-fare business of advertising and retail.
 
He is a lifetime member and secretary of the Hyderabad Management Association 2017-18 and has been an elected member of the CII Council of Telangana for many years. He has won over a dozen prestigious awards during his professional journey.
