Thoughts of a young mind have to be about general things they are exposed to in their day-to-day lives. Starting from natural elements like ‘Thunder’ to ‘Fear’ to the love of ‘Grandparents’ – her set of poems has it all. Some poems have also addressed the humane aspects of humanity which a child finds missing and is perplexed about the existence of the latter. Her heart speaks in apathy and does not know how to help. Noyonika also talks about her world which is made up of her parents and little sister without whom she is nothing. She starts with seeking blessings from God Sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa and takes off thereon. Raw and innocent, Noyonika Goswami’s poems have a lovely chirp which leaves us with a yearning to know more about the language and minds of young kids.
