Thanks to the use of natural ingredients and medicinal herbs, Ayurvedic medicines and products today have become a symbol of safety in contrast to synthetic drugs that are considered unsafe and hazardous for overall health. Apart from medicinal use, Ayurvedic herbs can also be used for purposes like pest control, natural dyes, and formulation of food items, teas and perfumes among others. If we look at various researches from across the world, a sudden spurt in cases of people turning to natural herbs for treatments and usage in everyday life has gone up significantly. Going back to the basics, people have realized the threat chemically treated products pose to their life and are rightly so adopting healthier ways of life by including Ayurveda and its principals as the mainstay of their life. Ayurvedic herbs are time tested for their health and other benefits. The nutritive value that they pack are highly recommended for their healing powers. Known to induce no side effects, they have a unique aroma and flavour and when consumed regularly, they act as a perfect mechanism to bring about a balanced harmony between mind and body. Treatment with herbal medicinal plants also hold a strong ground because these plants are considered to be safe and have no side effects. Since they are in sync with nature, they hold greater advantage over chemically treated products and synthetic medicines. As opposed to other drugs and medicines, Ayurvedic herbs are known to treat the disease from the root and thus aid in keeping you healthy and fit in the long run.

Many of these will be the first clinical presentation of a child; therefore the attending doctor or nurse, with no specific diagnosis, will need to know the basic physiology of the cardiovascular system and the common derangements that may occur. For children with a known diagnosis, such as the above-mentioned one, attending practitioners must be able to manage life-threatening complications, as these patients will often be seen in a non-tertiary setting. This book, therefore, begins with brief over view of history taking, physical examination, and investigative techniques just as in any other book in discipline of Medicine/cardiology Cardiac arrhythmias in children are not only difficult to diagnose but also to manage these rhythm disturbances with emergent treatment, this book therefore, describes in detail their respective management. The heart failure which is often the terminal event of many congenital and acquired heart disorders is yet another cardiac emergency which attracts physician/cardiologist/cardiac surgeon’s attention in emergency department. This subject has been written with utmost care giving details of its recognition, medical and surgical interventions in its management. A brief description of cardiac complications such as myocarditis, endocarditis, pericarditis, cardiac tamponade, DCM, valvular and vascular emergencies, hypothermia and sudden cardiac death syndrome, have been included in this manuscript.

Elderly, just to exampfly, is like an almost one year old child, where the former has to be supported through all those processes as one year old or less in age. Elderly people due to his/her physical and mental imbalance as a result of age-related degeneration and younger ones due to their maturational process.as mentioned above, these two types of physical and mental degeneration and maturation in two groups face equal types of challenges in physical and mental wellbeing, legal protection, food, shelter, proper care of their health and education. Undoubtedly, infants and children are taken care their above-mentioned disabilities through a well-balanced parenthood., but on the other hand elderly problems are solved mostly by their, mentally normal grownup children supported by Governmental and non -Governmental schemes including well established old age homes, Govt legal support and physical and mental training backups It is well known that as a society we are living much longer thanks to improved living conditions and health care. While being able to reach old age is something to be thankful for, in many ways, there are several challenges facing the elderly, which we all need to pay more attention to. Often it is not until we start to age ourselves or we see a loved one struggling with a problem that we sit up and take notice, but as a society, we can do more to make life easier for our aging population.

With renewed thinking over the past one decade or so, AYUSH has become a well planned discipline and almost introduced in each state of united India. This discipline too like allopathy hac been supported with research, teachings in colleges and inventing newer medicines and techniques and therefore, is being accepted as an alternative system to allopathy with greater confidence. This book has been written with basic concept of integrating both disciplines of AYUSH and modern medicine so that patient of particular disease is treated confidently with the application of either alone or combined therapeutic techniques with least cost and minimal side effects. Starting chapters details the introduction of alternative and complimentary medicine when compared to modern medicine and classification, pathogenesis, clinical features and categorization of different medicines of AYUSH according to three Doshas i.e. Kapha, Pitta and Vatta and five natural elements i.e. Fire, water, air, akash and earth. Since Artificial Intelligence is a newer technology its wider application in medical science is well established, I there, added a few chapters such as Ocular images-based Artificial Intelligence In Diagnosis of Systemic Diseases Including Cardiovascular Ailments, Artificial Intelligence-Based Smart Comrade Robot for Elders Healthcare, Applications of ChatGPT In Medical Practice, Education and Research and Health Implications of human body earthing to the Earth’s surface electrons.

It considers the impact of AI on medicine and the implications of this impact for educators trying to educate future doctors. It then identifies AI's direct impact on the methodology and content of medical education, in an attempt to prepare medical educators for the changing demands and opportunities that are about to face them because of AI. The names of various chapters which have been discussed in this book "Application of Artificial Intelligence In Cardiovascular Medicine" are as follows:-What is Artificial Intelligence?, Artificial intelligence-enhanced Electrocardiography in cardiovascular disease management , Artificial intelligence in advances in the World of Cardiovascular Imaging ,Artificial intelligence in hypertension management ,Artificial intelligence in Atherosclerotic CardioVascular Disease,. AI in cardiovascular imaging for risk stratification in CAD, Current and future applications of Artificial intelligence in Coronary artery disease , Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence to improve Peripheral artery disease management, Artificial intelligence and automation in Valvular heart diseases, Artificial intelligence in diagnosis and Management of Cardiac arrhythmias , Ocular images-based Artificial intelligence in diagnosis of Systemic diseases including cardiovascular ailments, Artificial intelligence in Pediatric Cardiology, The future of Cardiothoracic surgery in Artificial intelligence, Artificial intelligence in the diagnosis and detection of heart failure, Artificial intelligence in guidance of advanced heart failure therapies. and other useful topics of AI in this book.

One may also take the help with other more specific noninvasive techniques such as Echocardiography in the study of Echocardiographic quantification of cardiac chambers and great Vessels, Doppler echocardiography, three dimensional (3D) echocardiography, echocardiography in CAD and acute myocardial infarction, Stress echocardiography , Tissue Doppler echocardiography and Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).These tests have been discussed in their respective chapters mentioning their indications, methodology ,specificity and sensitivity. After the disease has been diagnosed ,the attending physician/cardiologist would like to treat the patient with one of the least invasive catheter based techniques such as Percutaneous coronary interventions (balloon angioplasty & stentoplasty), Artificial cardiac pacemaker therapy, Electrophysiological study & catheter management of cardiac arrhythmia, Peripheral vascular disease and Endovascular therapy, Percutaneous transcatheter management of valvular heart diseases and Percutaneous transcatheter management of congenital heart diseases. Their descriptions have been illustrated in their respective chapters. Specially designed chapter on “Robotic assisted cardiac vascular interventions” managing, ASD, VSD, MVP, Coronary artery disease and proatatic artery embolization for the treatment of BPH, have been introduced for cardiac fellows/cardiac surgeons/ cardiologists and postgraduates students of cardiovascular medicine. This manuscript in the present format and contents would act as a treasure house of knowledge and would be very useful to DNB.

One would also like to know that When Your Baby Can hear in the Womb? Does Music around the fetus has Positive Effect on IQ. One may also acquire the knowledge about formation of the black holes in space and gravity holes in the Indian ocean and their geographic effects on this earth.
There may not be many peoples who know about the history of past civilizations like Maya, Chola and Indus civilizations and their language, living standards, administration, their rise and fall. Through this book, one would get almost entire and much needed information.
Since many common people including students may not know about our Solar system, planets and type and nature of life, therefore, a separate chapter on ISRO, Chandrayaan -3, lunar-1 and future missions of ISRO and about Aliens. Proof Of Existence of Aliens have been written with utmost care.
Just to add further knowledge of students and general public, two chapters regarding prominent personalities, firstly from cinema, art and culture and secondly about the worldly famous scientists of India along with their brief biographies have been appended.
This manuscript, to my understanding would certainly prove a treasure house of knowledge to common people, undergraduate and postgraduate students of history, geography, mathematics, Science, architectural designing, yoga and Vedic Cosmology students.

Over the past few years ,numerous innovations have been taken place and it was a herculeous task to choose a few of them (list of chapters in the content section of this book) to make the foundation of this book “Recent advances in cardiovascular medicine”.Conventionally, the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease is made by obtaining routine 12-leads ECG, Echocardiography and cardiovascular CT technology. Even among these technologies ,newer innovations have been taken place such as new 80-lead ECG system, which helps to detect silent myocardial Infarct, Heart Sciences MyoVista ECG Device shows promise in detecting abnormal cardiac function, Wavelet ECG In Development may offer new data for cardiac diagnostics and Artificial Intelligence integration into ECG, Similarly newer cardiovascular CT technology for diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and transformative technology of 3D printing in congenital heart diseases are worth mentioning and certainly likely to help for making better diagnosis and management.
Recently introduced Artificial intelligence technology which has been shown to revolutionize the scientific technologies in almost all the scientific fields ,Artificial Intelligence in the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias and Ocular images-based Artificial Intelligence in diagnosis of systemic diseases Including Cardiovascular Ailments.
