Prof. Dr. K K Krishnamurthi
Prof Dr K K Krishnamurthi was born on 9July, 1938 at Konnaiyar Village, Namakkal District.
He is a Fellow of the Indian Society of Agricultural Chemists; Indian and International Society of Soil Science; Indian Society of Plantation Crops.
He has held the positions of Professor and Head, Dept of Soil Science & Agricutural Chemistry, Dean, Director of Extension Education in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University; Director of UP ASI Tea Research Institute, Valparai; Director of Adhiparasakthi Institutes of Science, Agriculture and Technology, Kalavai and Rathnavel Subramaniam Institutes at Sulur.
He is the President of the Indian Society for Certification of Organic Products (ISCOP) and Chairman and Managing Trustee of Krishnamurthi International Agricultural Development Foundation (KIADEF); President of the Agricultural College Coimbatore Past Students Association (ACCOPSA).
He is also a practicing Homeopathist; Advanced Pranic Healer; Holistic and Divine Healer and Counselor for Human Development and Welfare.
He is the recipient of the following Awards:
